Who I Am

About Me

I'm a Clinical Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator with an academic background in Food & Nutrition, and experience spanning clinical dietetics, community nutrition and personalized online consultation.

My approach to nutrition is rooted in balance, personalization and sustainability. Rather than focusing on extreme restrictions or one-size-fits-all diets, I believe healthy eating should fit into real life, respect individual food preferences, and become something people can follow consistently.

My Journey

From studying Food & Nutrition, to community nutrition work with pregnant and lactating mothers and adolescent girls, to clinical dietetics and personalized consultation - a path shaped step by step into an approach that is practical, individualized and focused on long-term change.

Why Nutrition

Nutrition is not about eating less. It is about understanding what your body needs, finding a way of eating that fits your lifestyle, and building habits you can actually sustain - for life, not just for a season.

My Philosophy

No extremes. No complicated rules. Real, home-style food. Personalized plans built around your routine and preferences - because nutrition should support your life, not take over your life.

Professional Values

Through Diet Delights, I work with people not only on what they eat, but on the habits, routines, challenges and everyday decisions that shape their health - with the dignity and privacy every consultation deserves.

Beyond the Dietitian

There is more to nutrition than a diet chart.

01 - My Values

Care that begins with listening. Good nutrition starts with understanding the person, not just the problem - empathy, honesty, consistency and practical guidance, so people feel heard rather than judged.

02 - My Food Philosophy

Food should fit your life. Healthy eating shouldn't mean giving up everything you enjoy - the best nutrition plan is one that works with your lifestyle, food preferences and everyday routine.

03 - My Favourite Things

The little things that make nutrition personal - discovering simple ways to make everyday food healthier, and the moment a client says healthy eating has finally started feeling easy and enjoyable.

04 - My Interests

Nutrition beyond the diet chart - food, lifestyle, healthy habits, women's wellness, mindful eating and practical nutrition education, including community awareness work on maternal and adolescent nutrition.

05 - My Inspiration

The people I work with. What inspires me isn't just the number on a scale - it's seeing someone become more confident, more aware of their choices, and more comfortable in their relationship with food.

My Mission

To make nutrition practical, personalized and enjoyable - helping people build healthier relationships with food and sustainable habits that fit into real life.

My Vision

To create a healthier community where people can enjoy food without guilt, understand their nutritional needs, and make balanced choices with confidence.
